Sign Up/Login to Our Patient Portal

The patient portal allows you to view your patient records, message with your doctor, check-in online before your appointment, and more. Please contact our office if you would like to access the portal. You can email info@familyosteopathy.net or call (860) 331-3016 with your request.

Instructions to Access the Patient Portal Once Signed Up

  1. Click HERE to open the portal in another window

  2. Login with your email and password

  3. Use the menu on the Home Page to naviate through the portal

  4. Download the athenaPatient app to access the portal on your mobile phone or tablet
